The text for today is Acts 3:17-26. In a word, what do you think Peter’s message is all about? It’s about repentance. And here’s what we’re hoping you’ll come to understand today: That we’ve got to practice continual repentance as we call others to do the same. From this Scripture passage there are 3 requirements of repentance and 3 results that come from obedience. Let’s talk about it. Thanks for listening. God bless you! Adventurous stories always have elements of danger surrounding the main character (like in Indiana Jones, The Princess Bride, Lord of the Rings or even Shrek). Many times the motivation for the main character is a prince/princess, precious gems or valuable treasure, all of which are strikingly beautiful to the one on the mission. Today, we journey into the heart of God and chronicle His actions as He pursued His people, the nation of Israel, through the words of the prophet Hosea. Thanks for listening. Blessings and love in Christ! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.

Like a good movie or story that may have an underlying message, each of the Minor Prophets tells a little bit more of God’s story. Over the course of this study (13-weeks) we are going to learn how huge this ‘message’ or ‘story’ really is as we take a dive into each of the 12 Minor Prophets. Today we’re going to see why these messages are huge and where these stories all began. We are going to take a moment and read about something that happened on Resurrection Day and see what was on Jesus’ mind on the very day He rose from the dead. Thanks for listening. Blessings and love in Christ! To find out more about our church please go to www.whccnb.org.

As you read the Book of Acts you’ll struck by the fact God has always used ordinary people doing ordinary things. We could say it like this: When ordinary people practice obedience, God does extraordinary things. Today we’ll unpack 4-key attitudes of the early church and the affect they had on the culture around them. Here’s what we need to know: When we meet together we will grow together, give together and we’ll experience praise, goodwill and salvation. Thanks for listening. God bless you! A very happy and blessed Mothers’ Day to all the moms and thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do for us...we love you!. It was D.L. Moody who said, “The world has yet to see what God can do with a man fully consecrated to Him. By God’s help, I aim to be that man.” Do you want to be that man? Do you want to be that woman? Will you be that young adult or that boy or girl? It begins with The 4 Aspects of Biblical Community. Thanks for listening. God bless you! Last time the writer began this last chapter with 3-commands in the first 3-verses: 1) To keep on loving each other, 2) Show hospitality to strangers and 3) Remember those in prison and those who are mistreated. He then presented a series of exhortations that included some social, private and religious exhortations covering such topics as: Honoring marriage; Don’t love money—be satisfied with what we have; The Lord is our helper; Remember the leaders who taught you the Word and Don’t be attracted to strange, new teachings. Today the writer will continue with more exhortations including encouraging the readers to make a final break with Judaism. Thanks for listening. Blessings and love in Christ! At this point in The Book of Acts it’s been about 6-weeks since Peter denied Jesus and yet here he is preaching a very persuasive and practical message under the direction of the Holy Spirit. This is a very important sermon and it tells us something about what preaching is. Preaching can be defined as declaring God's truth in Jesus, to the praise of His name. And that’s exactly what Peter does here. To that end, let’s unpack Peter’s Life-changing Sermon and find out more. Thanks for listening. God bless you!
