Jun 22 – Everyone Can Give Something

For many preachers, a sermon on giving ranks up there with having a kidney stone. While some get uncomfortable preaching sermons on stewardship, we don’t because stewardship is an essential part of our Christian walk. We would have to apologize to God if we didn’t preach on the joy that comes from giving what God has given to us. That said, we’re not out to make anyone feel guilty or to coerce them into giving money to this church. But we DO need to remember—when we give as God tells us to give, we will have everything we need to do what God tells us to do.
